Commercial Install Helper

R&R Heating is looking to hire Commercial install Techs Helpers. R&R heating is one of the largest HVAC install and service companies in the area. Role and Responsibilities
· Assist the Commercial Foreman with the installation of HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
· Support Commercial Foreman in:
o Installing HVAC related equipment.
o Installing Sheet metal duct systems.
o Connecting gas lines to heating equipment.
o Cutting and threading pipes.
o Wiring both line voltage and low voltage to heating equipment.
o Installing copper refrigerant line to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing.
o Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring “more than satisfied customers.”
Preferred Skills
· Effective customer service skills to communicate clearly, the ideas and explanations of problems, to customers and coworkers.
· Demonstrate an ability to effectively and successfully compete projects in an orderly and efficient manner, with attention to detail.
· Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within time constraints
. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment.
· Good Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostic Skills.
· Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
· Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.

-Effective customer service skills to communicate clearly, the ideas and explanations of problems, to customers and coworkers. -Demonstrate an ability to effectively and successfully compete projects in an orderly and efficient manner, with attention to detail.

- Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
-High school or equivalent
-Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
